Hi all, I'm attempting my first ever sweater and as it;s my first time trying to follow a pattern, I'm a little stumped. This is the line that is causing me trouble - Working in st-st work 7 rows rows dec 1 st at each end of next and every foll 2nd row. 64 st.
So I get that it's stocking stitch, and that I should be decreasing, and should be ending with 64 stitches...but where are the decreases? Every row? What does every foll 2nd row mean?? Many thanks for your help!

Every foll 2nd row is every other one - so dec on the next and every other one after that.
