I need a quick like a bunny answer that I can't seem to google effectively. I brought home some Lorna's Laces Shephard Sock multi to work on baby socks or baby hat. I just realized that I didn't bring home any of my tiny needles to work with though. Do I get worsted weight yarn if I double strand it?

Eh... never mind... i think i really don't want to mess with the stripe of the yarn. Just going to have to suck it up and find something else to do with my time today. Have a merry merry everybody! ;-)

For future reference, doubling fingering weight will usually make a DK weight or very light worsted. Sport weight is a little heavier and doubling that makes a worsted weight.
