I would love to know how everyone sews their sweaters together, etc. Do you pick up certain stitches? Is there a video on this site that shows how? Thank you!

Look at the videos in the Tips section. Mattress stitch is amazing! If it weren't for that, I don't think I'd make anything that needs to be seamed.

Thank you Ingrid. The mattress stitch seems to be the most popular stitch to use when sewing seams. I just watched the video on this stitch and it is very easy if your project is done in the stockinette stitch. Is it as easy to finish with the mattress stitch if your project is for example seed stitch or something other than stockinette?
