Yes I saw it on Rav under "Global Warmth" by Vickie Howell

Yes, and if you look on Ravelry it tells you that the pattern was published in a book called "Aware Knits" written by Vickie Howell et al. You will need to buy the book, or see if you can check it out from a library.
