This is the pattern Redheart Tween Layer Top WR1736
It would not let me post the link:(

It says:
Shape Shoulder
Bind off at each shoulder edge 3 (4, 5, 6, 7) sts twice.
Does this mean I co by k2tog 7 times, So that I co all the stitches or am I suppose to have stitches left? Is this the end of the back piece & I start the front as a new piece. I don't want to be guessing I want to make sure I understand for future patterns that may be worded this way:) Thanks

You bind off 7 sts at the beginning of the next 2 rows if you're making the largest size. You're going to end up with an edge that's sloped for the shoulder. When all the sts are bound off, you start the front with a new yarn end. You can either cut the working yarn or start a new skein, depending on what's left in the one attached to the needle.

oK i get it...yes I am doing the large size. I do it twice & then all the stitches will be bound off...It wasn't clicking in my brain that I was suppose to do it twice:) thanks a bunch:)

Yeah, if you have 14 sts along the back, BO 7, then turn and BO the remaining 7 sts.

ok when I did the Shape Neck:

Next Row (Right Side): Work 11 (13, 16, 18, 20) sts, slip
center 29 (31, 31, 33, 33) sts to a stitch holder for neck,
join second ball of yarn and work last 11 (13, 16, 18, 20)
sts.
Work both sides at same time with separate balls of yarn.
Bind off 3 sts at each neck edge once, then dec 1 st at
neck edge every other row 2 (2, 3, 3, 3) times 6 (8, 10,
12, 14) sts.
Work even until armhole measures 7 (7, 8, 8, 9), end
with a wrong side row.

I still have those 33 sts on a stitch holder
And I already did this part:
Shape Shoulder
Bind off at each shoulder edge 3 (4, 5, 6, 7) sts twice.

So i think i made a mistake:(

No, it sounds like you followed the pattern just right. The sts on the holder will be the back of the neck and you'll get to them when you've got all the pieces put together and will knit them as the collar or neckband.
