Im a young 28 yr old female serious knitter but have been knitting since age 7.
My favorite yarn shop are JoAnn's in Metairie , Garden District Needlework on Magazine, and The Quarter Stitch in the French Quarter. I am knitting baby blankets with red hearts, three different colored pink patterned butterflies, white elephants for sale. I have to slouchy rasta hat orders for family members. I do baby socks, hats, and for special occasions receiving blankets. I will start knitting a pair of blue and white Bernat Handicrafter color baby hi top converse tonite. I would love to here from fellow knitters in Louisiana.
