Awhile ago, I was looking at patterns for knitting on the internet. I found a charity where you knit from the patterns posted on the site and send the resultant hat, scarf, sweater, etc to a charity that makes them available to sailors far from home in need of warm clothes.

Now that I"m ready to tackle a new project, I've lost the link. I've Googled all the word combinations I can think of but cannot find what I'm looking for.
