This was sent to me on the Stitch n Bitch listserve and I was reminded of my Mom's old patterns that she tried to pawn off on me. Just say no!

I posted this in its own thread a while back, but since most of you haven't seen it: check out these lovely ski masks (http://swapatorium.blogspot.com/2004/12/ski-masks.html).

OMG, you guys have me snorting! Those sites are too funny!

The hairy armpit bag was hilarious.
And that little girl ski mask....Oooh, I'll be having nightmares about that one.

But, my fav is the beer-can cozie. My FIL is a HUGE Budweiser fan (bleh!) Hmmm, do I smell a father's day gift in the making?

:roflhard: OMG -- the ski masks ruined my makeup this AM (tears streaming down my face from ROFLOL!!) I just made the little girl ski mask my wallpaper  Woudn't it be a hoot to actually make one of those ski masks?! What a great adult halloween costume..."Chainsaw Knitting Massacre"

I sent the beer can wear link to my Aunt. Those hats look so familiar that I have to find out if my Great Grandmaw made them at one time!!!

Sorry ekgheiy! Didn't mean to frighten you! :shifty:

My Mom used to have a framed print of this scary African mask. I used to cower from it every time I walked down the hallway.

Sure you don't want a framed print of one of those masks EK? ...JUST KIDDING!

That has to be Robin Williams in the chicken one (second one, in case you didn't recognize him). I wonder how they got him to pose for that?
