Here is my first buttonhole bag...I love it! I used this (http://www.cascadeyarns.com/dive'-Fiamma.asp) yarn in color 37388.
It was so easy and quick! I had it finished in a couple of hours! :D

I live about 20 miles from Charlotte. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you--busy with supper, and, of course, knitting. I start knitting and lose track of time. Thanks for the pattern link--I made a copy of it and plan to make it (it's on my list of "to-do's") Where in NC are you?
Just wondering.

What a great bag! What length of size 15 circulars did you use?

That's very pretty! How do you like the handles on that? I've done a Lopi Tote (http://www.helloyarn.com/lopitotepf.htm), and I wasn't especially happy with how the handles function, but the Buttonhole Bag looks like the handles might be a little less likely to stretch.

BTW ... L  ve the yarn!

 Thanks for all the nice comments on my bag!

The handles have stretched a little...I used 2 strands held together for the entire bag. I probably should have used 3 to do the handles with, they are kind of floppy....but are holding up good for now, I just hope they don't get worn out eventually...
