:D Have you tried loom knitting? It is very easy and fun. You can make flat or tubes scarves, you can even make sweaters! Right now, I 'm making one of those tube-like scarves you buy in the store. I'd perfer to buy a whole set of Knifty Knitter looms. So give it a try! It's cool! 8-)

Looming is great!! :D I find it fun! I have one big enough to make a sweater on and I might give it a try sometime!! Or make something like a fishnet shirt to stick over a white tank top. It'd be lovely!

I have three sizes though.... Hopefully I can get the knifty knitter set soon. I saw them at walmart today and I might ask my mom if I can buy it :rofling:

Ain't it fun? This is kinda random, but how old are you? I'm twelve years old. Are there any other youngins around here?

Hehe :P

Looming feels like cheating to me though... but oh well. It's fun and gets projects done quicker. :)

I don't know if you have a Michael's around you but they had the kniffty knitter set advertised for 9.47 yesterday.

Oh yeah! I was at Michels and I learned how to make a loopy flower with the blue loom, it's really easy  you knit 2 rows on the loom and then you work ten rows on the first two pegs, and you do that for every two pegs, then you put the caston edge on every other peg and knit those on,then bind off and sew the straight edge together and there you go!

I have the set of knifty knitter looms, too, I made a few scarves and a hat!

Do y'all think it easier to work with Fun Fur and other novelty stuff on the looms versus regular knitting? I think those would be something my 7-year-old daughter would like.

I found out that I hate fun fur yarn because it gets in my way too much... But your daughter could certainly do it. :)

I love fun fur and any yarn would work on the loom for example, I'm knitting a tube scarf with them and I'm double stranding with 2 colors(pink & purple) it looks really cool! :D
