Kelly to the rescue!
I didn't mean to freak out anyone here.

I have a dear friend who is a very serious collector of high end dolls.

Dolls are great to knit for. :happydance:
They don't out grow their knits, or "ooze" on their clothes. :roflhard:

Ohhhhh, I thought it was a doll, but I didn't want to offend anyone.

Same here! :roflhard: I was afraid to comment about the doll. "Are you saying my baby looks like PLASTIC?!?!?!?!?!/1/1/!??!//!?!1!!"

Actually what I was thinking....uh oh that "healthy baby" looks like she may have a touch of jaundice!

Back to the outfit though, its fabulous, and how wonderful that it will never be urped, pooped or peed upon!

........and how wonderful that it will never be urped, pooped or peed upon!

My thoughts exactly! :roflhard:
I have never heard anyone outside of my immediate family use the word "urped".

Thanks for the nice compliments.

i love those dolls. i said i wanted to get into making them. they are actually quite easy to make. but i don't like the sleeping ones..cause they look well... dead. i was looking at my baby sleeping the other day and i was like OMG she looks like one of those dolls!!!! but the out fit would look so much cuter on my baby doll!!!! ;)

I was the same as some others- I thought it looked like a doll, but didn't want to offend someone by saying that their baby looked like plastic!!

I tried putting the word baby in quotations in the subject box,
but it kept coming out "baby? :wall: So I gave up.

I didn't mean to freak anyone out. I promise I'll warn ya next time.
I assume no responsiblity for my friend taste in dolls. :oo:
But I think she does has good taste in knits.

Thank y'all for the additional compliments.
