I made a pair of mittens before using wool-ease and like them, but the pattern was kind of screwy and they were my first attempt at them so their kinda warped. Can anyone recommend a simple mitten pattern using this yarn?

You could use any pattern that uses worsted weight yarn. Check out the patterns at www.knittingpatterncentral and I'm sure you can find one.
