Here's the feline bliss bed from Cat Bordhi's Second Treasury of Magical Knitting. The sides are Araucania Naturewool Chunky, and the bottom is double-stranded Cascade 220. Im bringing it to the LYS so that Howie (the mascot) has something to lay in besides people's knitting bags and purses!

So, on a scale of 1 to 10, how spoiled would you say Howie is?

I never used the words spoiled, stubborn or shy, when it came to our kids.
Our cats were just kids with 4 legs. :D

Stop posting pics of the adorable Howie and the adorable things you knit for him, dagnabit. You're making me want a dog again, and I'd probably go all the way round the bend if I had yet another child!

Kelly, I love the pic of Howie in his bed!! Wearing his manly sweater too, no less. We have that Mike toy at my house too- but it's babies that chew on it, not doggies!!

That's so cool that the LYS has a spot of honor for him. They're a role model for all LYS :cheering:

I think Howie's new bed would also make a great place to store a stash - well, not Ingrid's stash, but other people's stash! It looks really good, Kelly!

I just picked up the very book this comes from last week so I could try this crazy Moebious bizniz, and the needle cozies for my glass needles, AND the bed, not realizing it's the very one you've done! One of my LYS' has Ironstone Harmony yarn, 100% wool that is the exact guage of Iceland and about 5 smolians cheeper per skein and more yardage
 But! Until I make up my mind what color to do (they have LOTS of cherry red, but the neutral colors would match our home "decor"). So, I blew the bank on 3 of... !!!!! (http://www.artyarns.com/newsite/yarn_main.htm)
