While traveling on business, I made my customary yarn store browsing stop at a store called Three Bags Full (http://www.windycityknittingguild.com/knitshops.htm) in the NW suburbs of Chicago. The book is called Top Down For Toddlers by the Gemmell Sisters at Cabin Fever (http://www.cabinfever.ca/). It was the bright green " No Sew Knitting" tag on the front caught my eye. Finish a WHOLE sweater without seaming??? I'm so in!
My first project from this book is the Basic Cardigan (p.23).

Although the picture shows a solid blue, I'm using Classic Elite Provence (http://classiceliteyarns.com/product_page_detail.php?category_id=1&item_id=22) in Japanese Lilac and Rosa Rugosa. Yarn Stats => 100% Mercerized Egyptian Cotton; Gauge 5½ sts/inch on #5 needles (Pattern Guage is 5.5 sts/in on size 6 circulars); comes in 100g/100yd skeins.
I have finished thecollar and started some of the eyelet rows for the raglan sleeve areas:

:?? A toddler cardigan in South Florida? Started in February???
I know...I know...it's the no sew concept. I'm hooked... :XX:
