It's from a plant in the Himalayins--of the nightshade family--the most that it has been proven to do--is maybe thicken your blood. If you're trying to thin your blood to prevent blood clots, like me, it's not for you!! But the people who want to sell you this for 44 bucks a bottle want you to thnk it's the fountain of youth and the cure for cancer combined!!

(I googled it, Jan--I'd never heard of it before!!) :roflhard:

This was kind of how I felt about it. Like, what is it and what could it possibly do?

The nightshade family, hm? Well, there's deadly nightshade...... and then there's the tomato...I hope goji is nearer the tomato!

I don't know that much about Gogi but if you are looking for a good natural supplement we have been drinking Xango for almost a year and we just had our healthiest winter ever. We swear by this stuff...

www.researchmangosteenjuice.com and www.pubmed.com has tons of research...
