So I tried another dishcloth and learned a couple new stitches (from this site of course ;) ). I had just been doing knits and purls, but this pattern had a yo and a k2 tog. Quite easy actually! 3 dishcloths down! Trucking right along...I love knitting!

Pattern came from http://www.jimsyldesign.com/~dishbout/kpatterns/knitting.html and is the Feather & Fan design. Used Sugar and Cream yarn.

That is beautiful--lovely stitchwork!! :inlove: :inlove:

Oh and on my monitor, the colorway looks like Neopolitan ice cream! Yum!

You should make a few more of those, and use them as ice cream coasters for your family

Actually... That's not a bad idea either

Gorgeous! Such even stitches, and pretty color combo!

Thank you so much too for pointing us to that site. I think these would make great basket stuffers...especially for a house warming gift! I have a friend moving soon and this has been a very timely gift idea!

Merci beaucoup!!

Isn't it fun to learn a new stitch and discover that it's not hard at all? I just loved knitting dishcloths when I was a new knitter. They are fast and fun, and you can use them right away! They also make great gifts. I just make a dishcloth, and put it in a basket with pretty soap or bath gel.

Your dishcloth is beautiful!
