I've been lurking here forever... and I decided it's time I announce my presence!

I'm a beginner knitter... I learned thanks to this wonderful site! yes i am! although that yarn seems to look much more like navy blue in the light. Since my mom is color blind I might have to inform her of this! I remember when I was a kid I'd have to tell her she was wearing one black shoe and one navy blue!
