I've been contemplating picking up Changing Patterns by Wren Ross and Daena Giardella. I've read Amazon reviews and such, but it's not the same as getting your opinions - knitters I talk with every day and trust!
I was intrigued by the premise of the book, as I'm at that stage in my life where I think I could benefit from looking at my creative life differently. I'm still trying to overcome the punishing effects of years of emotional abuse I suffered as a kid - it nearly crippled my artistic self. I've made some small progress, but I feel like I am not quite back to where I want to be yet.
Have any of you read this book, and having read it, would you recommend it to someone like me?
