Some of you may have read about my drama with the dropped stitch shawl I was working on. well i finished it off! Instead of finishing the way it was instructed i just worked it until i had the 6 stitches left like the pattern called for and did a regular bind off. I also just left it fringeless. but at least it's done! I have it blocking right now, even though it's a blend of all sorts of non-wool stuff so it probably won't block so well. I just wanted it to have a more finished look when i give it to my mom!

what i've learned: No more patterns that haven't been recommended or that I haven't seen done at least once. It's just in my best interest. and i also HATE that Twist yarn. but I'm doooone! :happydance:
