I never did join the Einstein knitalong, but I did have Sally Melville's book out of the library the past few weeks and decided to make the Einstein anyway. The yarn is something I bought on Ebay on a cone, and it has a lot of color close up but looks brown from a distance.

You did a beautiful job. :cheering: :cheering: I did buy the book to make the coat but I changed my mind then started the "Best Friend's Jacket" and then frogged it. But I do have all three of her books and do hope to make some of her things. :XX:

Wow! That's a LOT of knitting! Will it ever get cool enough in Florida to wear it? It turned out so great you have to be able to wear it out and show it off!

LOL. I don't know if I'll ever get to wear it down here. Surely not till at least next January, when it might be cool enough for a couple of hours in the morning to put it on.
I'll have to keep it around for when I travel to cooler places I guess!
