Kind of looks like Schaefer Yarn (http://www.schaeferyarn.com/yarnpages.htm) too. What fiber do you think it is?

Is it wool? I have an acrylic that looks a bit like that. samm

It's sock weight, it feels like a merino. I first thought it was Cherry Tree Hill or Lorna's Lace becasue of the colorway. I'm researching all the wonderful sites, I'll let you know what I figure out.

When I first shopped at my lys I saw this color and stood there fantasizing about this yarn, angels were singing, <record scratch!> I saw the price and freaked! heh. Oh I am so over that now. But ever since then I dreamed about those colors and could not remember what it was! Then I saw this little ball of yarn in a grab bag! Of couse I couldnt stand anything else in the bag and I refuse to say how much I paid! heh BUT I got it cause I knew a KHer would be able to steer me back to that first crush! Thanks Jodi!
