I am visiting my FIL, and we are going camping this week up in the Medicine Bow area. Before we go up I was going to stop off at a knitting sho poff of 2nd street to get some help casting on with my Butterfly Shawl before I go up the mountain. I hope it works out, and I will definitely grab a skein or two in gratitdue (at least that is what I am telling my husband..that it will be a gratitude buy.)

Is there anywhere else I should hit while I am up here? We plan on coming down on Friday, so I will have some time before we head back to KC.

I am in Cheyenne, which is about 45 miles east of Laramie on Interstate 80. Fort Collins Colorado has a couple of wonderful yarn shops. It is about an hour south of Laramie on Hwy 287. My favorite shop there is My Sister Knits....with Lampspun being a close second. If you are a quilter, Laramie has a wonderful quilt shop ~ Quilt Essentials.
