My knitting instructions say end WS. I don't5 know whether that means eand after knitting a WS (pearl) row or end at the beginning of a WS (pearl) row.

Can anyone help me?

WS is wrong side, or the inside of a piece. The opposite is the RS, the right side, or the public side of a piece. (WS rows are even number rows, generally, and RS rows are odd numbers, if that helps!)

End with WS row means to purl the row and then follow the next instruction. It should be a knitted row, so you can double check that way.
