I just finished shaping and binding off the right shoulder (haven't done the left yet until I find out if I'm doing this wrong).

I can't take a pic of the actual project cuz I've turned my comp off at home until we get to the new place.

So, I drew a purdy little picture in paint.

If anyone has done Leo (http://knitty.com/ISSUEfall04/PATTleo.html) before, is it right for it to look like the pic?

I circled the part I'm concerned about. Shouldn't the slant be on the neckline side instead of the outside?

I'm really not familiar, since this is my second sweater. And there's no little drawing at the end of the pattern.

Thanks.

I haven't knit Leo, but I have made a lot of sweaters in my 20+ yrs of knitting, and they almost always slant that way - toward the arm.
HTH!

I agree--the shoulder slopes down toward the arm, just the way our own shoulders do.

Oh. OK.

When I made Starsky it didn't have that. Guess I was worrying for nothing.

Thanks! ^_^

Not all sweaters have sloped shoulders.

Ah.

Yay! :happydance: :happydance:
Got the back finished tonight. It looks so nice. ^_^

I'll have to take pics when I unpack the camera.
