Wow...I just looked at the rest of her items too. The think that kept popping into my head is how can she possibly make any money...I mean, there has to be pounds and pounds of mohair in each of those items!

I, for my sins, looked closely - it is done on big needles which maybe helps? I dunno... I do have an idea what her market is (something I never ever want to mention in polite or even impolite company again for fear of choking again) and it does fit the market perfectly.

Wish I'd heard / learned about it from CSI alas I got the shock of my life one day while googling something - I don't even remember WHAT was being googled just that I found this site that had thousands and thousands of photos.. the chap running it had a full costume.... :shock:

Ya know, the funny thing is...there is obviously a market for this stuff and they get great prices. At least handknitting is appreciated by the buyers who seem to be willing to pay what handknits might actually be "worth" :roflhard:
