I know somewhere on here, someone asked about doing socks on 2 straight needles instead of dpns.

Here's the link I used before I became addicted to toe up on circular ones. :)

I like toe-up on 2 circs and right now I'm doing toe-up with Magic Loop, which is REALLY great, too!

Thats what I like also, Iam working on toe ups on one circular from knitty, but Iam using 2 circs and alternating between the socks to ensure I don't run out of yarn. Only 12 more rounds and they are done :) Although they are really quick doing them that way :) And no single sock syndrome. :)

I'm doing a pair at once, too! I'm using a 40" cable, so there's plenty of room for both. I'm using the Toe-up Two-at-Once Socks pattern from Knitpicks.

Is there instructions how to do with 2 circ needles?

The pattern I mentioned above is for 2 circs, found here (https://www.knitpicks.com/Projects/Projects_Display_Yarn.aspx?itemid=50417220).

Also, Straight-laced from knitty is a 2-circ pattern.
