I'm thinking..... something soft/ but smooth? (like a cotton/ silk blend???? or cashmere????) ...... What gauge/ etc. would you use???? I'm a little lost on that. Sport weight? fingering weight????. Thanks! :)

Yes, it looks chunky or bulky to me. Maybe one of the Chunky baby alpacas?

I don't know? :shrug: if its chunky or not but it definitely looks ribbed.
