This is the second one I've done, so now I'm halfway through the houses, only two more to make :teehee: ! I eventually would like to make them all, I just have to take a break between them because they take awhile to knit, I get easily bored with stockinette for 7' of knitting (seriously, my 6'2" husband can hold one end of the scarf above his head and it will touch the ground). The one I just finished is in the Ravenclaw colors, and the other one is Gryffindor, I finished it well over a year ago.

It's awesome! I've had my Gryiffindor one on the needles for so long, I so want to finish it, but I get bored with it and have to work on something else! :teehee:

Those are gorgeous! Are they knit in the round?

Yes, knit completely in the round.

mks22300- I know exactly what you mean! Mine sat in my knitting back for 3 straight months where I didn't touch it because I was so sick of knitting stockinette! But, finish it, it's well worth it!! :happydance:

Thanks everyone!

:happydance: Very nice!!!! I could have sworn I was knitting in my sleep when I was working on DD's Slytherin scarf! It reaches from floor to ceiling. :thud: It sure felt good to be finally putting on the fringe, right?

Great work

Awesome! I just bought yarn to make my DS a gryffindor scarf. And now of course my DD wants one too. I think my first sock project will be the Hogwarts knee-highs! For me, of course!

Probably Slytherin. I'm not too fond of Hufflepuff's colors, but I've gotta make it to comlete the houses, you know? :teehee:

Thanks everyone for the compliments!! :muah:

Hufflepuff rocks! But yes, it does look a bit like a bumblebee, doesn't it? :teehee:

Anyway, great job

Support Cedric Diggory! Knit a Hufflepuff scarf!

I agree, Hufflepuff's colors do look a little like a bumblebee, but in a way, it fits - the busy bumblebee and the hardworking Hufflepuff.
