I know there are many cute ones out there.
I have a tiny angel pattern on my free pattern page (http://www.beartoes.com/patterns/).
I would suspect knitting pattern central (www.knittingpatterncentral.com) has quiet a few also.

I have several at home. Unfortunately I'm at work now, but will post again tonight. I think all of mine were found online.

There is a really cute mini stocking (http://www.flickr.com/photos/crankyisgood/71628970/) and mini sweater (http://jillz.typepad.com/photos/knitting_05/img_3700jpg.html) pattern in Last Minute Knitted Gifts (http://www.amazon.com/Last-Minute-Knitted-Gifts-Joelle-Hoverson/dp/1584793678/sr=8-1/qid=1162389022/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/104-5347448-5502324?ie=UTF8&s=books)
They're so cute, but i haven't tried any of them yet. might try the stockings this year though.
There are some cute teeny mitten and stocking ornaments in the holiday Interweave magazine.

They're crochet, but I thought these (http://www.anniesattic.com/detail.html?code=834134) ornaments look fun to make.
I was also thinking about making some of these (http://www.anniesattic.com/detail.html?code=803873) too.
Here's a sight that I've knitted a few from...

These are from last year, so I hope they haven't changed. My favorite is the miniature hats. the pattern has lots of variations:
The hats are adorable on packages as well as on the tree.
