Wow! Awesome pictures! And the size comparison at the end! The pictures were so good I forgot how tiny those birds really are!!!!

Very much worth the effort. What a great find! I've never seen pictures of a baby hummingbird before.

It took me a few times, too. I always wondered how tiny the eggs and babies were. Thanks so much for posting this!!

Hummingbirds are neat. I had a hummingbird make a nest in my windchimes. It had a baby in it, then another baby in it, then it went away for the winter. In the spring it came back and rebuilt the nest in the same spot and had 3 more babies in the nest. We moved a few days ago and I wanted to leave the wind chimes up for the new people who moved in, but housing wouldn't let us leave it there. :(

That nest looks sooo soft!! I loved the size comparison they showed at the end, those babies are so TEENY!! :shock: :inlove:
