I made myself a booga and it's been well used. It's in need of a bath. Can I throw it in the washer (delicate cycle) or do I need to hand wash it? More felting wouldn't be bad, but I don't know about that since it has the straps in it and everything. I used Cascade 220 if that makes any difference.

Hi Kelly,
I just made my first one and have never done this yet, but my knitting teacher said that once it's felted, you can wash it in the machine...I would think on cold...not hot! Let me know how it comes out! Don't you just love felting? I'm working on a bag for my sister for Christmas!
Merry :happydance:

I've always wondered about this too. I've made several different types of bags and I know they're going to get grungy soon. I'm afraid of washing them and having Barbie purses afterward.
