View Full Version : Finishing a sweater with special help

I steeled myself to start seaming up my first sweater...something I was nervous about.

So I cleared the table, got some good music to listen to (Interpol), fixed myself a latte macchioto and got to work.

Then came assistant #1:

OK, he's old, he's quiet, he settled down nicely to watch me...so I accepted our somewhat uneasy alliance and continued....

....until assistant #2 came to "help":

That look was a bit too much to resist. So I gave up! What's a "cat mom" to do? :shrug:

Heeee, cute! Our cats do that with books. They just want to dominate them and show 'em who's in charge. And it's harder to pick up the books that way. They think.

I have two cats....one is a knitter, the other isn't. My relationship with the knitter cat is rocky!
