I really want to try out ruffles yarn by lion brand, but I can't find a place locally that sells it. Anyone got a clue?

Haveyou tried Michaels and ACMoore? Also Joanns may have it. I haven't seen it in the stores yet but I haven't really been looking for it either.

No, I haven't, but I might be able to go look today. I am going to the bank, and I need to get some wool yarn so I could look while I'm there. I'm pretty anxious to try it.

I don't know if you've got an ACMoore near you or not but the one near me here in S.E. PA. is having a big sale on some of their pricer yarns. I went on Saturday and got 3 110/yd hanks of wonderfully soft, hand dyed alpaca for $3/ea. The yarn is usually $9.50. I also got the last skein of hand dyed alpaca/wool for $6. Usually $12 per 240/yd hank. Also most of their cashmere and fine cotton yarns are on sale.
