Has anyone bought this set? I just got it on Friday (yeah for after Thanksgiving sales!), & I'm wondering what my first project should be. Help!

I am really dissapointed with the whole set. I bought it for cheap ($10) but have only been able to make loose knit hats. i think perhaps if you go further you can make cool tube scarves tho...

I've made a couple hats on them. I haven't gotten into scarfs yet though.

I think that you prolly should use chunky yarn or double strand to make it a good material. If I remember right thoes sets have pegs that are spaced rather far apart making the chunky weight necessary. I have the scarf loom from the place that GM posted and my kids love it. I don't enjoy it as much as hand knitting but buying that got me addicted enough to try hand knitting :)
You could make bags, hats, scarves, blankets... the list goes on

I'm going to be getting the KK rounds and longs for Christmas and I've been doing tons of research about them.
It may be a cool play toy.
There are quite a few yahoo groups to get help with them. A few are listed below and you can do a search for the rest.

Ok, you guys convinced me LOL I'm keeping the loom. In fact, I may start on a project today :) I got the loom for like 5 bucks anyway!
