Wow..that really is a good demo! I'm happy with throwing, but it IS good to know another way if you hand hurts or you are doing fair isle and like using two hands like I do. Thanks for the link!

Thanks for the link. Conti is still awkward for me especially purl but that's a great video and I think it will help me. I have no interest in switching but I do want to learn conti.
