I am a continental knitter. can someone please clarify for me how to do a picot bindoff? Or direct me to a website which can help me? Thanks so much!

Basically, you're casting off stitches, and every so often, you'll cast on a new stitch, pass it back to the left needle, work it, and keep binding off.

Here's an example: Fetching (http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer06/PATTfetching.html) uses a picot bind-off.
