Yarn: Karabella Super Yak (50% yak, 50% merino)
Needle: #6

I added an extra repeat in the wrist section before starting the hand. I think that the thumb opening is too big if you have thin fingers. I ended up stitching it closed a little bit. Next time I will leave off two rows of that section.

They are a very dark charcoal which makes the pattern very subtle. It would show up really well in a lighter color. The yarn softens nicely after washing. I made these for my sister, but will make some for myself soon.

I love that pattern, too. I made a pair for my niece for her birthday, and loved them so much that I made myself a pair. I love the wear them at night, when I read. My hands get soooo cold.
