I'm knitting a baby sweater and I'm doing the back, I'm up to shaping the armholes.

The pattern says:

Cast off 2 sts at beg of next two rows

1st Row: K1, sl 1, psso, K to last 3 st, k2tog K1

2nd Row: P to end

Where it says to cast off 2 at the beg of next 2 rows, is this on the same rows as 1st and 2nd OR do I knit two rows before 1st and 2nd rows where I cast off 2 on each of those?

I think I just cast off on the 1st two rows before following the rest of the pattern on the row, but I wanna make sure.

Yes, you will cast off at the beginning of two rows, and then continue with row 1 & 2 of your instructions.

You will bind off 2 stitches then work to the end of the row. Bind off 2 stitches at the beginning of the next row then work to the end of that row. Now you will do the 1st row and 2nd row instructions that you mentioned in your first post.
