I get the inc part 3 times, I hope, it's that -41 sts I am not sure what that means to do next after the 3 inc.

The -41 st is just telling you that you should have 41 stitches when you complete these increases.

So after the inc three times I will have 41 sts. okay thanks. I think I can do it know.
