Never go to an estate sale unacompanied by a fellow destasher.... otherwise when you round the corner in the upstairs and see baskets full of yarn for sale at $3 a BAGFULL you have a mind melt, your heart stops, you resist the urge to literally push women out of the way... and you come home with this...

$3 per bag?!? It would have been criminal to let "your" yarn end up in someone else's house.

What a deal!!!! WTG :cheering: :cheering: :cheering: Nobody could pass that up, that's for sure :cheering:

I've said it before and I'll say it again...I just don't speak that language, the language of destashing :fingerwag: nope, not this girl, remember who my husband is! I am the Spoiled Knitter, afterall. My goodness, I had arrivals from Simply Sock yarn and LittleKnits on the same day last week! I have to say that 2007 is "Add to the Stash" around this house :teehee:
OH OH....I almost forgot! I did sell 72 balls/skeins of yarn on here not too long ago, ...it's been replaced with Christmas yarn and recent purchases (all from my Honey), but the girls did go to homes where they will get more attention

BUT, I have the utmost respect for you destashing knitters, go for it!

this was an ESTATE sale you said, right?? Well, don't you think the dearly departed would WANT their lovely yarn to go to someone(like another yarn lover) who would appreciate it for all it's yarny goodness??

I think so~ most defiinitely~! :happydance:
