"You mean the kind you wear?" :?? says a woman at church who sees me working on a sock this morning before Bible study started.
Is there another kind? I wanted to ask. But I didn't. I just thought it was a funny reaction, I guess most people can't remember that socks didn't always come from Target!! :teehee:

Too funny! Who knew socks could be made with knitting needles instead of big machines in factories?
:roflhard: :roflhard: :roflhard: what a weird reaction. It's true, I guess people forget that before machine-made clothes, there used to be hand-made ones!

I have several incredibly rude and inappropriate responses to this, so I will just say that holding your tongue makes you a better person than me!
