I finished my weekend pullover from Knitting Pure and Simple. I used Bulky Lopi for my yarn. This was an enjoyable project - although it definitely took me more than a weekend to knit it. Maybe as I get better, I'll be able to pick up my speed.
It is certainly a sweater that will keep you warm. I almost got too hot wearing it this last weekend in spite of our 5 inches of snow and temps in the 20's.
Thanks for looking! Jennifer

Lovely!! :cheering:
I'm on the verge of finishing a similar bulky sweater, and I can tell you that it has taken me a couple of weeks! I'm a fairly experienced knitter, too. I think that people who say it only took them a weekend did nothing else but knit! :teehee:

Thanks everyone. Your posts made me smile! Knitqueen, I feel much better after reading your post. I was feeling pretty slow since it took me about 3 weeks to finish. I thought the sleeves would never end! :teehee:

Very nice and I like the ribbing too!
(It took me 2 years to finish my weekend knit. Which was my first sweater. Mostly because I didn't have this place, nor any clue where to go how to learn to sew the various pieces together...)
