Hey All:

I am working on this (http://www.sirdar.co.uk/) sweater (click on the link and go to collections, then click the baby, then finally go to the 'search' tab and search for 1675_, and cannot understand the front opening instructions. It says to pick up and knit 18 sts along the shaped edge. As you can see from the pic, there is one side that overlaps the other side, so my question is why am I not making each side different?

I am in quite a hurry cause the sweater is due tomorrow afternoon for a birthday present, so hopfully someone will be willing to help!

If you read further on in the directions, that should answer your question.
