How had I not seen this before? Here's a circular needle holder made from spools tied together. BTW I loved knitting the free Ropes and Ladders scarf also on the page:

If one wants to put more than one or two needles in each spool, one can use pieces of PVC pipe to make the holder instead of spools.

That circular needle holder is really neat! I was looking around on that site, and found this (http://pieknits.com/pattern.html). How cool is that?!? If you make it with the cupcakes from the One Skein pattern book, you'd have yourself a feast!! :teehee:

I think Ingrids is canvas like... those spools are too cool!
This place sells the spools so I'm sure you can probably get them at Michaels, Joanns, etc..

What a brilliant idea!
I've been wondering how to store circ. needles and as I'm absolutely allergic to sewing, I gave making a fabric holder the go-by.
So 'Many Thanks', she said, heading for the craft shop.
