I'd like to know how to convert a pieced tunic sweater pattern to circular. Any resourses? Thanks!

Add up the front and the back stiches, and then cast on for it. Then knit the sleeves in the round, and either do it raglan style, set in sleeve style, or whatever style pleases you.
