I have a grown up daughter that knew every move of every dance to the movie Dirty Dancing.. we wore out tape (dating myself here) after tape! I just sent her this link.... we both like the original but agree---the new one is not bad. :teehee: I am not a rap fan but it's "ok"

Amanda, that's great!! I so should have talked DH into doing that at our wedding! (Yeah, right, he would never have agreed).

I  Dirty Dancing! When we would cut school my senior year in high school, we would hang out at a friends house all day and watch Dirty Dancing, Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Breakfast Club, all on the same tape. Ah...back in the day.

Me too! Hands down all-time favorite movie.

I heard this on the radio the other day and was surprised that I enjoyed it for a remake. Certainly not as bad as other remakes I have heard.

Gotta admit that when it first came out on VHS (yes, dating myself as well), I rewound that baby so many times just to catch a glimpse of Patrick's hiney... :teehee:

I do have the DVD now...although I still have yet to watch it.

My favorite thing about the movie is the music. I'm such a sucker for music from that era.

When I first heard this on the radio, I cried.
I am a huge Swayze fan, and this just...killed me.

Actually, it was this one.
But still.
