I had started a baby blanket (many thanks to all who replied with help on the pattern) but the stupid plastic needle I was using (from the kit) snapped and I lost a stich - no major trauma but I'm still very much a novice and so had no idea how to continue and get my old stitches on a new needle.
Anyway, after eventually finding a shop over here (Dubai, UAE) that sells needles, I continued on a new project and am proud to show my first ever FO - at least I'll have something ready in time for my second baby due in June!
