I am doing the perfect turtleneck from the fitted knits book.....it tells me to do a LLI (Left lifted increase- Inc 1 st in next st by inserting tip of left needle into back of st 1 row below on right needle and knitting into it) and a RLI(Right lifted increase- Inc 1 st in next st by inserting tip of right needle into back of st 1 row below on left needle and knitting into it creating a right- leaning inc)
Now am I correct in saying that a LLI and a RLI is the SAME AS a M1L and M1R???
Look at my picture...notices those stitches on the RIGHT side...WHY are they so loose???
Thanks for any imput. Oh yeah, I did rip back to the ribbing because it just doesn't LOOK RIGHT!!!
