How is the Lion Brand customer service? anyone know? I just emailed them about some problems with the yarn and I just want to know if anyone has any experience with them.

The first time I sent them a question, they responded promptly and very thoroughly. But any time afterwards that I've sent them questions or anything, they haven't responded. I hope your luck is better than mine, and if you need help with a pattern and you don't get any response, you know you can always post it here and somebody will help.
