Here's what I have been working on:

Socks from KP Gloss, using yarn over cable pattern from Sensational Knitted socks, done toe-up

Hat: Shedir from Knitty. This took me 4 tried and much ripping before I got it. Done in Rowan Calmer, the recommended yarn. I hate the yarn! It is splitty and for me, it squeaks when I am knitting tightly. Most people seem to love it. I think it would probably be lovely on a larger needle than this hat asked for.

Bag: Felted entrelac bag for the March KAL, finally finished on April 20! I bought the pattern on line, thought it would be too small, and doubled it. It turned out bigger than I wanted, it's about the size of a dept. store shopping bag. It looks fine hanging, but collapses open if you put it down. I am going to look for a magnetic closure to stick in the middle. It sure holds a lot! You could tote an afghan in there!

Whew! Now if I could just finish a blasted sweater, I would get to buy some more yarn!

wow- they look great!!

you may want to cut a piece of cardboard to fit the bottom of the bag to help it keep its structure. putting a clasp at the top should help too.

for the bag you could use plastic canvas on the bottom, just stitch in place with embrodery floss at the corners, or just leave it unattached

Very cool, I've never really seen an entrelac pattern that I liked enough to knit, but the bag is interesting enough to make me reconsider.
BTW I recently found a scarf pattern that would match the hat really well if you were interested: Achernar, free pdf. from cogknition.
